Comprehensive Plan Steering Committee

The City of New Haven is looking for a dedicated community member from each of the two Wards to participate in a year long Comprehensive Plan process.

This person needs to own property within the boundaries of the City limits and have a vested interested in the long term growth and development of the City. The City will select one person from each ward.

Knowledge of planning and development is not required but would be helpful.

This position requires attendance at scheduled bi-monthly meetings with the choosen planning consultant. These meetings will be scheduled in late afternoon or early evenings.

This is not a paid position but the selected participants will be rewarded with the knowledge that they are contributing to a process that will guide the decisions that are made for their City for the next 10 years.
